This document is an amendment to the solicitation for the renovation of Building 32 at the US Army Natick Soldier Systems Center in Natick, Massachusetts. The amendment clarifies several key details:

  1. It provides guidance on the format for submitting Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs), and confirms that a blank PPQ is included as an attachment.

  2. It clarifies that offerors must demonstrate their capability to design and prepare shop drawings for all trades, including doors, wiring, and electrical device installation. This requirement applies to general contractors.

  3. It states that a minimum of two past projects and Past Performance Questionnaires must be submitted under Volume 2.

  4. The amendment confirms the magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

The overall solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside for the renovation of Building 32, with presently available funding for CLIN 0001 but not CLIN 0002.
