3. DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE

To prescribe minimum requirements for contractor prepared test plans, test procedures, and test reports for test instrumentation development and validation.

This data item description (DID) is uniquely applicable to OTC’s Test Support Contract (TSC). It provides data required by specific OTC entries.

10. PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

10.1 The contractor shall provide a spreadsheet containing the following actual expenditures for each Task Authorization Request (TAR) for each quarter. The revision shall be provided by the 5th day following the end of each quarter. The revision shall include:

a. TAR Number.

b. Overall Summary to include funding summary-incurred cost, percentage spent, and total estimated cost etc.

c. Dates/Quarter

d. Actual labor hours per month per labor category and dates

e. Actual reimbursable to include fuel, supplies, GSA supplies, travel etc.

f. Actual ITR to include software, licenses, cell phone etc.

g. Actual MILSTRIP to include, shipping costs, repair parts etc.

h. Historical Summary

Distribution Statement A: Approved for public release; distribution is unlimited.

The public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to average 110 hours per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information.
