General Training
The Contractor shall maintain training requirements with new hires and current hires as defined in Technical Exhibit M- Personnel Status and Training Report.

Contractor compliance to 98% training ratio IAW TE M shall be noted for CPAR reporting periods and the results of the data shall be used to substantiate objective ratings of contractor performance. One or more may occur: if the contractor fails to meet the Governments stated specifications and timeline for this task, the contractor will receive a verbal notification from the
Government describing the deficiencies. On the second occurrence, the contractor will receive a written notification from the Government describing the deficiencies. On the third occurrence, the Government will document the deficiency in its
CPARS, and the contractor shall provide the Government a corrective action plan to mitigate the recurrence of the deficiency.
PWS (5.1.)
Base Operations
The Contractor shall provide OTC with the operational support to meet testing requirements

Field and Sustainment Level Maintenance for Tactical Vehicles
The Contractor shall provide field, sustainment, and depot maintenance
IAW AR 750-1
for tactical vehicles.
The Contractor shall achieve at least 90% completion of depot level maintenance (mission capable condition) assigned per month.

The Contractor shall maintain resources to perform calibration requirements
