3. DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE
To provide a current inventory of all hazardous materials. This information is required by the Fort Hood Department of Public Works (DPW) who provides the database template that must be completed to meet the requirements of this DID.

The public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to average 110 hours per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. 10. PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
10.1 The Government will provide a database to be completed by the contractor. The contractor shall provide a current Hazardous Material Inventory in the provided format. The inventory shall include the following information:
a. NSN
b. Nomenclature
c. Manufacturer
d. Unit of Issue
e. Quantity at the beginning of the month
f. Quantity received during the month
g. Quantity on hand at the end of the month
h. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) number
i. Location of the hazardous material
