About this file

This document contains a Data Item Description and related federal contract opportunity. The Data Item Description outlines requirements for an Emergency Contact List to provide the government contractor contact information to be used in case of emergency and to contact key contractor personnel after normal duty hours. It requires the contact list to include names, job titles/functions, and duty hour and off-duty hour phone numbers for personnel including the Program Manager, Test Task Leads, and key leaders of major contractor sections/divisions operating at Fort Hood, Fort Bliss, and Fort Bragg.

The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation for Base and Test Support Services at Fort Hood. Services required under the contract include administrative, field test support, data collection, data base management, data entry, and technical input to test planning documents in support of operational test missions. Additional requirements involve preparation and maintenance of test sites, supplies, and use of government furnished property. The contract also requires maintenance, dispatch services, and operators for test support vehicles and generators, as well as providing data entry tools, data visualization tools, test support tools, and operation of government-provided off the shelf instrumentation.
