Performs a wide range of work involved in the repair, maintenance, inspection, and servicing of HVAC systems. Performs the full range of work involved in the repair, overhaul, maintenance and servicing of building HVAC systems to include fan coil units, mini splits, variable air volume systems, variable refrigerant volume systems, and direct expansion units with up to 200 tons of cooling capacity.

Performs a range of routine accounting activities at the journeyman level such as maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports.

Reviews, codes, and verifies transactions and journal entries. Researches and resolves issues and exceptions. Completes simple and complex calculations and assists with trial balances. May also process accounts payable and receivable transactions. May be responsible for the processing of a group of accounts and is a resource for less experienced clerks. Has a deep understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Is proficient with spreadsheets and other software tools. Typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the Manager or the Supervisor. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience

Automotive service technicians and mechanics typically do the following:

Identify problems, often by using computerized diagnostic equipment

Plan work procedures, using charts, technical manuals, and experience

Test parts and systems to ensure that they work properly. Follow checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined. Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires. Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors. Perform repairs to manufacturer and customer specifications

.Knowledge of commerical and tactical vehicles, mechanics, tools, and best practices is required. Repairs, rebuilds, or overhauls major assemblies of internal combustion automobiles, buses, forklifts, trucks, or tractors. Work involves most of the following:

Diagnosing the source of trouble and determining the extent of repairs required; replacing worn or broken parts and repairing components as required. Inspects vehicles to ensure adequacy of repairs confirm vehicles operate to required standards.

Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients. Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding. Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall, and other materials. Skilled in building, mounting and repairing different structures along with furniture and fixtures using materials such as wood, steel and slates. Conduct minor repairs on items used during test events and Forward Test Centers (FTC).

Entry level position performing basic computer functions under general supervision; is not expected to resolve issues. Assists in operating and monitoring computer equipment.

Performs routine tasks to maintain computer equipment and their peripherals by established procedures. Observes peripheral equipment and error messages displayed on monitor of terminal to detect faulty output or machine stoppage.

Supports the Data Authentication Group (DAG), Document Control Cell and conduct quality control checks of data in support of data reduction. Develop DAG and Document Control Cell training materials and quality control plans. Conduct training for data management and data collection personnel for the DAG and Document Control Cell database applications.

Monitors and operates the control console of either a mainframe digital computer or a group of minicomputers, in accordance with operating instructions, to process data. This operator may test run new or modified programs and assists in modifying systems or programs. Be responsible for recording the data authentication group meeting notes. Be responsible for accounting of all data received into and checked out of the data management cell and scanning paper-based data products to digital format and shredding the paper-based copies.

Entry Level. Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.

Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry from data collected from test execution. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output of test data collected. Keystrokes manual data or consolidates digital data into the test data basefor further processing. Ensures data is indentified to facilitiate retrieval by coding data collection forms.

Mid-level position. Determines equipment setup needed and implements; loads software, performs diagnostics and corrects issues. Work is reviewed by senior personnel for functionality. Member of the data management cell that reduces/manipulates data in the data base under the supervision of the Data Manager. For test events with more complex data requirements, might be assigned to one type of data: MANPRINT, RAM, or Performance.

May perform quality control checks of data as required. May act as supervisor to data collectors in a field environemnt.

Performs data collection that encompasses Performance, Human Systems Integration, and

Reliability, Availability and Maintainability. Administers questionnaires and surveys. Conducts field level quality check of collected data for detail, accuracy, and completeness. Obtain clarification and implement corrective action. Participate in work activities to improve work processes. Develop quality control requirements for data collection forms. Develop daily test status reports and brief the test team. Applies standard operating or corrective procedure, refers problems that do not respond to preplanned procedure, and may serve as an assistant operator. Provide input to test plans and documents; develop training materials and quality control plans. Reviews and provides input to test planning documentation for test operations requirements. Maintain test operations journals, visitor logs, status charts, personnel reports, weather reports, and CCIR reports. Develops test control, safety, test event and test status procedures and training. Develops training materials for: security of equipment, safety briefings, and personnel status.

Manage the RAM configuration in ODIN. Conduct training for data management and data collection personnel. · Develop database queries from MS Access to extract required analyst data. Performs data collection that encompasses Reliability, Availability and Maintainability.

Administers questionnaires and surveys.

Journeyman level knowledge of computer systems is required. Performs database analysis, writes macros, addresses errors not covered by existing procedures. Subject Matter Expert.

Requires ability to interact with personnel on multiple levels to ensure understanding of work requirements, determine method of approach, and implement best practices. Oversees the test database. Works closely with the Government ORSA. Develops test documentation to include operational databases and database descriptions. Develops program of instruction and conducts training for data collectors. Is a key team member of the data management cell during test execution overseeing data collection, processing, storage, reduction, and reportin of field test data. Responsible for management and administration of questionnaires and surveys. Prepares data for presentation to the DAG and RAM Scoring Conference.

Expert level programming and computer skills are required. Develops and administers complex databases to meet contract requirements. Tasked with digital document control for contract and test data repositoryAdminister, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems. Coordinate changes to computer databases. May plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases. Subject matter expert for database manipulation and data reduction and analysis.

Designated "senior" collector for a specific shift and/or location of data collectors gathering non-instrumented data and located with the test players. Ensures that data collectors have the forms and equipment they need for their shift and that all are in position as required by the test plan. Accounts for personnel and forms at the end of the shift and ensures that all return to the designated rally point at the end of shift. Ensures data collection objectives are achieved during test scenario execution.

Knowledge of electrical circuits, equipment, current trade practices. Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues, determine level of repair required, implement action to resolve is required.

Install and remove electrical hookups from test equipment and temporary buildings to

Government provided electrical power drops, generators, and power sources. Works under general supervision of the Logistics Manager.

Review system documentation (such as the System Evaluation Plan (SEP) and Test and

Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) for acquisition system tests) to acquire knowledge and expertise with the systems to be tested.

Requires journeyman level knowledge of electronic design and troubleshooting. Ability to quickly assimilate knowledge of specific systems to effectively implement test instrumentation design making simple adjustments and testing equipment to ensure proper functionality.

Design, fabricate, install, maintain, and remove signs. The contractor shall provide instrumentation and equipment maintenance, recovery, services, and support. Support includes battery charging at field and non-field locations.

Entry level. Performs a variety of clerical tasks, including typing documents, data collection, filing records, and prepare and process office and test documents.

Duties are general in nature. No specific trade or professional knowledge is required. Must be able to understand and follow instructions, write clearly, perform basic computer functions.

Work in outdoor ambient conditons and on rough terrian may be required. Collects non-instrumented data at field location; co-located with test player.

Mid-level management position. Assists in a variety of administrative matters; maintaining a wide variety of data records (stored both manually and electronically); verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; compiling information.

Duties are general in nature. Computer proficiency with multiple programs is required. Ability demonstrate ability to learn new programs quickly. Maintains all forms of media in a library containing test-related documents, as well as actual test data. Data must be maintained under the strictest control short of classified and data release is only authorized by the government.

Coordinates implementation of the DAG. Ensure the room is set up; entry is limited to DAG members; Members have supplies/equipment required to complete their task; and that each signs in. Work requires a familiarity with the terminology of the office unit. Selects appropriate methods of procedures and makes simple adaptations of a limited number of DAG

Documents, and Data Collection Forms. Responsible for providing input to the Detailed Test

Plan Tab E – Training and Tab G – Data Management Plan for test operations.

Must be able to multitask and lead others to complete complex requirements. Previous experience in operational testing, Army operations, and/or tactical maneuvers is desired.

Position title may be used to satisfy multiple functions depending on the experience of the individual compared with the contract requirements. Monitors test player activities and records observations onto laptop devices and/or paper data collection forms. Knowledge of use of a computer is required. Maintains oversight of multiple test data collection requirements

(Performance, Human Systems Integration, and Reliability, Availability and

Maintainability).Performs quality control on collected data and information. Monitor and operate FM and AM communication systems in Test Operations Center (TOC) environment.

Provides supervision in Electronic & Communication's and TMDE Shop who issues instructions on work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines, and assures work assignments are carried out by other members of the shop. Provides information or decisions regarding problems that may arise. Entry level position. Receives assignments from supervisor. Work is inspected upon completion. Maintains grounds around facilities; provides assistance as required for general maintenance, electrical, or HVAC repairs. Cuts and maintains lawns and grass. Rakes and maintains leaves, and cares for plants, flowers, trees and shrubs. Determines the appropriate plants or shrubs for walkways or garden areas. Provides grounds maintenance in all seasons.

Maintains the grounds and environment of a facility in a clean, attractive, orderly, safe, and healthy condition. May operate light trucks and assorted power equipment. Responsible for snow and dirt removal.

Works is independent in nature. Responsible for calibration and certification of electronic and physical/dimensional measuring and test equipment to technical specifications, maintaining traceability to NIST standards. Diagnose and repair malfunctions in complex measuring and test equipment using theories of operations, block diagrams, schematics, logic trees and software diagnostics to the component level. Assembles, calibrates and maintains various instruments and equipment that measure heat, light, voltage, amperage, weight, vacuum, magnetic resistance, etc. Carries out reliability and performance tests on equipment and makes adjustments required to adhere to government, industry, and organizational standards.

Online certification required.

Journey level computer hardware expertise is required. Conduct market research to identify hardware/software that will best meet engineering and test technical requirements. Make recommendations for potential purchases or modifications to existing computer inventory to best meet contract requirements. Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

Assists in determining manpower requirements and appropriate strength levels by analyzing the command's current mission and authorizations. Coordinates personnel changes withG8, maintaining data on space reductions caused by mission changes and reductions-in-force.

Conducts special studies and analyzes system procedures and functions to pinpoint problems;

researches problems and formulates feasible solutions; follows up on identified corrective actions. Develops administrative policies, procedures, directives and regulatory requirements pertaining to the overall functions of the organization. Knowledge of principles and methods of personnel management and skill in applying principles and using methods in conducting personnel management actions involving civilian personnel administration.

Extensive experience in photography and advanced techniques is required. Support tests on an intermittent basis providing photographic record of events for inclusion in reports. Operates a variety of still and video cameras in support of the Visual Information Production Center.

Camera work ranges from the more specialized equipment that has been adapted for highly specialized purposes, such as mounted cameras wired for remote computer/electronic aided photography work to the less specialized and standardized equipment, such as 35 mm and 70 mm cameras and studio-type television or motion picture cameras. In some cases, the photographer may control the content and composition of the photographs. The planning consists of selecting the subjects, background, positioning, and manner of presentation. In other cases, the subjects may consist of real-life events that cannot be altered by the photographer. Lighting and composition are used creatively to attract viewer attention, create a favorable impression, or elicit certain emotional responses. Directs the work of lower graded employees and is responsible for training and resolving problems in the more complex assignments.

Maintains vehicle repair parts through the use of GCSS-A. Validates drivers' records, maintains drivers' license file In GCSS-A. Dispatches vehicles in GCSS-A. Prepares monthly reports for mileage, fuel usage, driver's training. Performs key custodian duties. Drives forklift.

Performs installation, replacement, preventive maintenance, and repair on a variety of exterior plumbing systems to include water distribution, wastewater (sewage) treatment, well systems, non-potable water systems, fire protection systems, Tactical Vehicle Wash Facilities (TVWF), Liquid Fuels Systems, and swimming pools and related equipment. Operates and adjusts these systems.

Entry level position. Works under supervision of Logistics Manager. Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare items for shipment. Duties include assembling, addressing, stamping, and shipping merchandise or material; receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material; and arranging for the transportation of products.

Knowledge of supply procedures and regulations is required. Works under general supervision of a supply supervisor/warehouse manager. Coordinates the issue and turn-in of materials and supplies to meet test requirements. Checks all potential sources to meet test needs: DOL, DRMO, CIF, TASC, ASP and MILSTRIP. Provides supply availability data to those having the need. Performs inventory management tasks, which may include physical inventories of on hand property using a Barcode Scanner or other automated inventory procedures. May be co-located with test team during test execution.

Usually co-located with the test team downrange. Maintains accountability of test team property and supplies. Ensures items needed are available in sufficient quantities to ensure continuity of test operations.

Projects and work assignments are of moderate complexity and usually involve repetitive processes or involve assignments for which precedents are readily available. Uses a general knowledge of the functions and procedures of production control and the policies and procedures of Maintenance Operations of the Directorate of Logistics and policies and procedures of respective assigned Work Center. Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-A) maintenance management data base system that supports maintenance operations.

Mid-level position working under general supervision of the supply manager. Maintains accurate inventory of items in warehouse. Is authorized to make purchases through GSA or other government channels for equipment, maps, or specific items needed by test teams. Has overall responsibility for receiving and moving materials within warehouse. Verifies the inventory quantity and assists in inventory level maintenance. Maintains complete paperwork.

Operates warehouse equipment in a safe manner.May require a certification to operate equipment. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.

Inventories, cleans, receives, stores, and issues all airdrop equipment used in airdrop operations. Rigs supplies, equipment, and vehicles for airdrop. Assembles airdrop platform, cushioning materials, cargo, extraction, and personnel parachute along with other airdrop related equipment. Inspects, tests, and installs extraction and release systems. Performs technical, routine, and in-storage rigger-type inspection on cargo, extraction, and personnel parachute as well as other airdrop equipment before, during, and after each use. Pack cargo, extraction, and personnel parachutes. Performs unit, direct, and general support maintenance on all parachutes, textile components, and other airdrop equipment. Uses and maintains machines and tools for fabrication, modification, and repair to parachute and other airdrop equipment. Drop-test troop-type personnel parachute to check proficiency.
