5. DFARS requirement Cyber Security Maturity Model
Certification (CMMC) mandate. Cybersecurity will impact this contract?

6. What is the current number of FTEs? Refer to Question 5.
7. Does the Program Manager (PM) and Deputy
Program Manager need 15 and 10 years respectively of actual experience? Most PMs that are successful generally move to other positions like Director.

For Proposal. The Government anticipates the final RFP to be released at the end of

Yes, the Government anticipates the potential future OCIs for other Fort
Huachuca work due to the scope of work of the STAF requirement. No, a direct award will not be considered. There is a reasonable expectation that least two eligible and responsible 8(a) participants will submit offers and therefore this requirement will be awarded on the basis of competition IAW FAR 19.805-19(a).
