About this file
This document contains a question and answer session and draft solicitation for healthcare housekeeping services at Brooke Army Medical Center. The solicitation seeks proposals for indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts to provide housekeeping, waste management, linen services, and exterior building services at the medical center facilities totaling 2.4 million square feet. Services will be required starting December 1, 2019 through November 30, 2024. An amendment to incorporate a new collective bargaining agreement will be issued during discussions, but the response deadline of February 21, 2020 will remain unchanged. Comments on the draft performance work statement are due by November 30, 2018 and should be directed to the contracting officer or contract specialist.

Section B, 0027 Phase-In
With the awarding of an incumbent extension that currently overlaps with the Phase-In date shown in Section B, is it the intention of the Government to issue an updated Section B?
Depending on the actual date of award, the Phase-In dates may change. Accordingly, the extension would be adjusted accordingly.
A new CBA agreement went into effect on 1 February 2020, but is not included in the re-compete, solicitation, W81K04-19-R-0003. Do you plan to incorporate with Amendment 007, or should we base pricing on Addendum A with rates effective 1 October 2018. Also do you foresee any changes with the current due date of 21 February 2020?
An amendment will be issued during discussions to incorporate the new CBA; therefore, the current due date of 21 February 2020 will not change.
