Industry Question:
Section L states that "The offeror shall cross-reference the proposal to all solicitation criteria."
Will the Government please confirm that the required Cross-Reference Matrix does not count against page count? Additionally, we would like to include an Acronym list with the Table of Contents and List of Figures. Will the Government please confirm that an Acronym List will not be counted against page count?
USG Response:
The USG confirms the cross reference matrix does not count against proposal page count. An Acronym List will not count against proposal page count.
