For tracking purposes, symbols and illustrations will be assigned an illustration number for file naming purposes, but because of their size and use, this number will not be included as part of the image itself. Graphics, illustrations, and symbols will be assigned unique illustration numbers based on the following example:

G060XXX00001.tif

· 1st Digit: G=Graphic I=Illustration S=Symbol

· 2nd and 3nd Digit: Natick Proponent Writing Group: 06= General Publication

· 4th through 7th digits: Four-digit TM sequence number: 0XXX

· 8th through 12th digit: Graphic sequence number: 00001
