| 01 | In Attachment 05 of Amendment 0007 the Government provided workload for Site Code KOS001 WBS 04.03.01 in rows 169-181, which appears to be intended to replace the workload for the same site and WBS located in rows 252-265. Can the Government please clarify which the offeror should use in preparing our bid? | Public | Rows 252-265 are removed. See revised Attachment 0005 in Amendment 0008. | ||
| 02 | Attachments 0004 Iraq Tech Exhibit Rev4 and Afghanistan Tech Exhibit Rev4 in which the ‘Assumptions’ tabs for both task orders address Labor Mix Ratios: |
- for Iraq, the Labor Mix Ratio states: “a. The total level of effort (productive hours) for PWS Sections IV through VII, for both OCNs and LNs, shall not exceed 75%; b. The total level of effort (productive hours) for PWS Sections IV through VII for LNs shall not to exceed 25%)”;
- for Afghanistan, the Labor Mix Ratio states: “a. The total level of effort (productive hours) for PWS Sections IV through VII, for both OCNs and LNs, shall not exceed 80%; b. The total level of effort (productive hours) for PWS Sections IV through VII for LNs shall not exceed 12%”.
Would the Government please confirm that these Assumptions for Labor Mix Ratios are actually specified requirements that must be applied by offerors in their labor staffing for the Iraq and Afghanistan task orders?
Public The 'Assumptions' tabs are provided for proposal purposes only. The 'Assumptions' tabs are not considered to be a post-award requirement of the PWS. Offerors shall conform to the labor mix ratios assumptions in their labor staffing approach and cost proposal.
