| Public | Initial response in Attachment 0047 - RFP Q&A's Round 4 was incorrect. Technical Exhibit K rows 6, 7, 9, and 10 listing WBS 04.07.03 Role 2 Medical Facility are correct. | |

| Public | USG could not replicate the error; PWS Paragraphs 04.07.03.01, 04.07.03.01.01, and 04.07.03.01.02 are listed in Technical Exhibit K. | ||
| 05 | Duplicate workload data | Attachment 0005_-_EUCOM_Tech_Exhibit_-_Rev5.xlsx, Data Pkg for A.1 and H.2, WBS 09.09.05 (rows 789:802) | Workload identified in rows 789:802 of Attachment 0005 appear duplicated. |
Please confirm the intent is for offerers to propose for both sets of workload. Public Workload for all Kosovo sites has been adjusted;
- Workload for KOS001 has been adjusted across multiple WBSs.
- Workload for KOS002 and KOS004 has been removed completely.
- Workload in WBS 04.09.05, 04.14, 04.16, and 06.01 was removed for KOS003.

| 07 | Amendment Response Instructions | PCO letter of June 8, 2018 | On page 2 of the USG letter dated 8 June 2018, para 4) Microsoft Excel states: "Microsoft Excel – revisions shall be annotated in a changes summary document (Word or PDF). For each change the Offeror shall identify whether the change was the result of an EN (include the EN control number), the amendment, or other. For any changes identified as “other”, the Offeror shall briefly describe the reason for the change (e.g. correct error, changed approach, etc.). |
| Question: Is it the USG intent to receive a Change Management Document for MS Excel files, only? Or does this requirement apply to all files (including MS Word and PDF documents)? | Public | A changes summary document is for MS Excel files only. File format for the summary documents is Word or PDF. | ||
| 08 | Amendment Response Instructions | PCO letter of June 8, 2018 | Paragraphs 3) and 5) in USG letter dated 8 June 2018, appear to have a conflict related to marking of the changes as it relates to Microsoft Word documents. Paragraph 3) shows "revisions highlighted with yellow highlight function, while paragraph 5) requires to submit a "track changes version (with the changes indicated, deleted/replaced text indicated, and all highlights)". |
Recommendation: Recommend to require offerors to submit change tracking as follows: MS Word files – highlight changes in yellow and mark changed areas with a vertical line in the right page margine. PDF files – shall highlight change in yellow Public Per the email sent 15 June 2018, "The highlights required in paragraph 3 for Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF documents are to be included in the track changes version required in paragraph 5 that includes "the changes indicated, deleted/replaced text indicated, and all highlights"."

The attachment provided by the USG does not contain a POC tab. | Public | The instructions were not changed as a result of Amendment 0006. The instructions do not require the Offeror to add a seperate POC tab. Within attachment 0021, the instructions state, "A point of contact with phone number and email shall be provided for each contract listed." |
| 10 | Proposal Submittal Instructions | Letter - EN and Amendment Response Instructions |

However, paragraph L.3 in Amendment 0006 contains the requirement to provide printed copies of each volume.

| Public | Printed copies are not required for these proposal revisions.
