About this file

This is a notice of an upcoming solicitation for logistics support services under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program V (LOGCAP V) contract. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island plans to issue a request for proposal on November 6, 2017 for global logistics services in six regions aligned with Geographic Combatant Commands. Services will include setting the theater, supply operations, transportation, engineering, base camp support, and other logistics from phases 0 through 5 of military operations. The contract has a minimum $82 billion ceiling over ten years. The Army will award a minimum of four and up to six indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts evaluated using a best value tradeoff of technical/management, past performance, small business participation, and cost. The initial period of performance is five years with five one-year options, and the setting the theater task order will have a one-year base and nine one-year options.
