About this file

This is an Amendment (0001) to Solicitation W519TC-25-R-0008 for maintenance, supply, and transportation services at Dugway Proving Ground, Utah. The amendment extends the proposal submission deadline from April 11, 2025, to April 18, 2025, at 12:00 PM Central Time. Key modifications include incorporating Attachment 0030 (DPG Government Responses to Industry), updating multiple attachments such as the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Staffing and Labor Mix, and Mission Essential Contractor Services, and revising sections L and M with specific compliance and cost proposal requirements.

The solicitation is for a service contract with two contract types: Firm Fixed Price and Cost Plus Fixed Fee, with a NAICS code of 561210 and a size standard of $47 million. The amendment updates various sections to clarify proposal submission guidelines, including labor rate compliance with the Service Contract Act (SCA) and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), and removes certain Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses related to equal opportunity and segregated facilities. The contract will be administered by the Army Contracting Command at Rock Island Arsenal, with proposal evaluations focusing on detailed cost elements and labor category compliance.
