About this file

This is a Performance Requirement Standards (PRS) document that serves as Annex A to a Performance Work Statement for maintenance services at Dugway Proving Ground, Utah. The document establishes quality standards and acceptable quality levels (AQLs) for various maintenance tasks including equipment repair, technical inspections, air conditioning maintenance, tire services, and glass repairs.

The standards specify that most maintenance activities require a 95% AQL with random sampling methods, while mechanical repairs require 97% and electrical repairs require 98% AQL. Sensitive items and small arms repair parts management require 100% AQL with monthly inspections. Key requirements include operating equipment repair shops, performing technical inspections, conducting repairs according to technical manuals, managing shop supplies through Army automated systems, and operating a production control capability. All work must comply with various Army regulations including AR 750-1, DA PAM 750-8, and other applicable technical publications and installation policies.
