SYNOPSIS

• Construct Network Control Center, B818

• The estimated cost range -$1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

• A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded.

• Award is 100% small businesses (NAICS – 236220)

• Small Business Size Standard is $45 Million

• Based on FY Funds availability.

• Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the government will consider only price and price related factors. The government intends to award without discussions.

• Automated Logic Energy Management System (EMS) for Direct Digital Controls (DDC), Vertiv Liebert units for Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) system and Monaco fire system are sole source/brand name specific for compatibility with existing installation systems, justifications posted with solicitation.

• ALERT: If you are registering a new entity in SAM.gov, you must provide an original, signed notarized letter stating that you are the authorized Entity Administrator before your registration will be activated.

• When completing the “Offeror” portion of the SF 1442 (Blocks 14 – 20), an official having the authority to contractually bind the company must sign the SF 1442 in accordance with FAR 4.102. One copy of the SF1442 is required to have an original signature. Section 00 10 00 Line Items- all items must be priced

• All amendments to the solicitation must be acknowledged.

• Mark the front of the envelope with the following: “BID No. W50S97-25-B-A002 and the Name and Address of Bidder. See Block 13A of SF 1442 for required number of copies.
