About this file

This document is a pricing sheet for Projectmates, a project management software for U.S. National Guard construction projects. The pricing structure is tiered based on construction project cost, with monthly fees ranging from $125 for projects under $1 million to $770 for projects between $50-$100 million. Additional one-time charges include project setup fees ($750-$1,950) and a $400 project archive fee. The document specifies that contractors must pay in advance and email project details to accounting@systemates.com. A 2.9% convenience fee applies to credit card payments, and pricing is subject to change without notice. The project license requires an additional 3-6 months beyond the project end date, as mandated by the National Guard.
