Tapping fees for based owned utilities are not required, and natural gas connections will be coordinated by the Government. The proposed site improvements result in a zero net gain for new impervious surfaces and without any substantial change in surface water runoff patterns. The design intent for the project is to maintain the existing overall site discharge rates and volumes and to avoid any negative impacts to the downstream facilities and waterways. The total site improvements will result in less than 1 acre of land disturbance, so a Storm Water Prevention Plan will not be required.
