Offerors must comply with both the RFO framework and all surviving active non-RFO Class Deviations. A current list of active DFARS Class Deviations can be accessed at: https://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars /class_deviations.html
(c) Compliance and Technical Issues Failure to refer and conform to the applicable RFO versions, as well as any surviving non- RFO Class Deviations, may result in a non-compliant offer. For technical issues accessing the provided links, contact the Contracting Officer immediately.
