About this file
This addendum modifies a solicitation for construction services to repair fire suppression systems in three buildings at a National Guard facility in Mississippi. The contractor will provide a new, code-compliant fire alarm and mass notification system throughout the affected buildings as the existing system is not fully installed. New strobes and speakers must be clear with white housing and labeled as alerts. Drawings are updated to reflect the scope changes, and two new details are added. The pre-bid conference was on May 16, 2023, with bids due June 1, 2023. The solicitation is designated for small businesses with average annual revenue under $45 million.
