PART I – PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

1. The Contractor is to provide all plant, material, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the work outlined in this Addendum.

2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.

3. The Contractor is to include the following changes to Specifications and Drawings as indicated below.

PART II – TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. Specification Section 04 20 00, Unit Masonry, Para. 3.10 A.: Change “Contracting Officer” to “Contractor”.

PART III – CONTRACT DRAWINGS

1. Drawing CL-001, Landscape Design Plan – Base Bid: Add note to read:

“New Gravel Mix shall be River Cobble with a gradation of 2” to 4””.

2. Drawing CL-002, Landscape Design Plan – Bid Options: Add note to read:

“New Gravel Mix shall be River Cobble with a gradation of 2” to 4””.

3. Drawing S-101, Foundation Plan: Replace drawing S-101 with revised drawing (pdf file with revision dated 7/31/20). See clouded changes.

Changed note on the top of the foundation plan that reads: “Note 13” to read “See General Note M”. And added dimensions for the raised floor area.

4. Drawing A-111, Reflected Ceiling Plan: Delete Keynote “P”.

5. Drawing A-111, Reflected Ceiling Plan: Change Keynotes;

a. Change Keynote 2 to read: “Hard-Coat Exterior Finish System on

Cement Board and Metal Stud Framing at Soffit.”

b. Change Keynote 3 to read: “Hard-Coat Exterior Finish Control Joint (Typ.).”

6. Drawing A-501, Wall Sections: Change Keynote 25 to read: “Hard-Coat

7. Drawing A-521, Exterior Details, Detail A6, Storefront Sill: Add note to detail:

“Provide fluid-applied membrane damp-proofing and vapor barrier at exterior face of CMU within cavity at brick veneer walls.”
