TIRMS-16-R-0001
AMENDMENT NO. 0009
REVISED RESPONSES TO OFFEROR QUESTIONS
35. PWS section 4.1.1.2 states, "Each site will identify shift watch commanders to oversee guard operations 24/7 days for the respective site." Exhibit 1 identifies the site addresses. Andover and Memphis posts appear to be at one address each. Exhibit 2 (Covington) does not breakdown the posts by site address.
Question/Request for Clarification: Please clarify and specify the 24/7 watch commander requirement for each city and in the case of Covington, by address.
Government Response: There will be one (1) Site Supervisor and one (1) watch commander on each shift at each IRS Campus location (i.e. Andover, Covington, and Memphis).
Government’s Amended Response: There will be one (1) Site Supervisor at each IRS Campus location ( i.e. Andover, Covington, Memphis). There is one (1) watch commander on each shift at each IRS Campus location (i.e. Andover, Covington, Memphis).
62. Do any of the posts listed in Exhibit 2 for all three states’ locations include Watch Commanders or Site Supervisors?
Government Response: Site Supervisors are not included. Three (3) Watch Commander posts per site.
are included.
Government’s Amended Response: Site Supervisors are not included. Watch Commander hours are reflected on Exhibit 2, Revision 4.
88. Furthermore, in Exhibit 2 (Covington) the post exhibit identifies line item 2 as a vehicular patrol post but it lists 1 vehicle and 2 (24/7) post. Are both these posts vehicular patrol posts or is one a foot patrol post? Moreover, Exhibit 14, Vehicles lists 2 vehicles for Memphis, TN, but Post Exhibit 2 shows just 1.
Where is the other vehicle being used? Is it being used by the site supervisor?
Government Response: If column c indicates a vehicle then yes….if column C does not say vehicle then no vehicle is required.
Government’s Amended Response: Please refer to revised Exhibit 2, Revision 4.
