Work includes but is not limited to the preparation of classified test reports, classified data collection, monitoring and maintaining of SIPERNET and classified Test Support Network terminals, preparation and processing of classified material for shipment, classified document control, and support of special Access Programs, as necessary, at the Top Secret Level. AR 380-5, Department of the Army Information Security Program establishes policies and procedures for physical, procedural, personnel, and accountability control measures for protection of classified and sensitive information generated by User Agency (UA) owned IS operated by the contractor UA installations.
Any possible loss or potential compromise of classified information must be immediately reported to the WSMR G2 Security Office identified at section 15.
Reference Item 10a: Classified COMSEC material is not to be released to contractor employees who have not received a FINAL clearance at the appropriate security level. COMSEC access shall be IA W and AR 380-40 and TB 380-41. When access is required at Government facilities, contractor personnel will adhere to COMSEC rules and regulations as mandated by Command policy and procedures. Written concurrence of the Contracting Officer (KO) is required prior to subcontracting.
Reference Item 10f: Access and processing requirements associated with any Special Access Information/Program will be identified in the specific program protection plan associated with the applicable program and provided by appropriate SAP Security Personnel. SAPs will be operated IAW AR 380-381 or agency specific equivalent.
Reference Item 10h: This contract requires access to foreign government information (FGI). FINAL clearance at the appropriate security level is required. Access and processing requirements associated with any FGI will be identified in the specific program protection plan and provided prior to work on the specific program/project.
Reference Item 10j and 11: This contract requires access to and handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). The contractor shall comply with the requirements set forth in DOD Manual 5200.01 Volume 4.
Reference Item 10k: Secret Internet Protocol Network (SIPRNET) and classified facsimile access is required. The contractor shall not access, download or further disseminate any special access data (i.e. intelligence, NATO, COMSEC, etc.) outside the execution of the defined contract requirements and without the guidance and written permission of the KO. In the event that any special access is required, the KO must modify the requirements for the DD Form 254.
Reference Item 1la: The contractor shall comply with the requirements set forth in DOD Manual 5200.01 Volumes 1-4, AR 380-5 and Executive Order 12958 National Security Information - Classification and Marking Requirements. Contractor performance is restricted to the support of WSMR. Government agency or activity will provide security classification guidance for performance of this contract.

The WSMR G2 Security Office will perform daily oversight of contractor security training, handling and processing of classified material, equipment, and information as well as perform annual/random security inspections of classified workspaces.
The limited support of SAP activities provided by the contractor is exclusively under the cognizance of the program security officer and supported by a designated WSMR security specialist
