TE C 5-14-001 Recyl Yards.xlsx

This is an operational schedule document outlining the hours of operation for seven recycling yards serving the Rheinland-Pfalz Area of Responsibility in Germany. The document specifies facility-specific operating hours that vary by location and day of the week. Panzer operates limited hours on weekdays only (15:00-17:00 Monday through Friday), while Daenner maintains split-shift operations (09:00-12:00 and 13:00-15:00) throughout the week. Kleber, ROB, Miesau, and Landstuhl all operate extended hours with consistent split-shift schedules (09:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00) Monday through Friday. Sembach operates the most extensive hours, maintaining 13:00-19:00 Monday through Friday and 10:00-14:00 on Saturday. All facilities are closed on Sundays and German/U.S. holidays.

This operational schedule is directly relevant to the 409th CSB TCC's Total Maintenance Contract (TMC) solicitation for the Rheinland-Pfalz region, as it defines the baseline recycling facility operations that the prospective contractor must maintain and potentially enhance. Interested parties responding to this pre-solicitation RFI should reference these current operating parameters when evaluating their capacity to execute total maintenance services, as the scope likely includes maintaining these facilities and their operational schedules, potentially including facility improvements and expanded service hours depending on the final Performance Work Statement requirements.
