About this file
This is a Subcontractor Listing form for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project administered by the Rose Bowl Operating Company (RBOC) in Pasadena, California. The form is used to document subcontractors performing work on the Rose Bowl Stadium Plumbing Maintenance Project, which involves the replacement and rehabilitation of the stadium's water, sewer, and gas distribution systems beneath the stadium concourse. Subcontractors must be listed for any work amounting to more than 0.5% of the Total Base Bid or $10,000, whichever is greater. The project requires all contractors and subcontractors to be registered with the California State Division of Industrial Relations and certified for public works contracts prior to bidding. The local agency will verify registration at bid submission and annually thereafter throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance.
The form requires documentation of each subcontractor's name, location, line item description, subcontract amount, contractor license number, and certification status (DBE/SBE designations with corresponding certification numbers and DIR registration numbers). Subcontractors must meet California public works registration requirements as mandated by Title 49, Section 26.11 of the Code of Federal Regulations and Section 4104 of the California Public Contract Code. The project emphasizes commitment to Pasadena-based subcontractors and local workforce participation. The form is to be submitted with the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal and supports the RBOC's evaluation criteria for selecting a CMAR based on relevant wet-utility experience, trenchless rehabilitation capabilities, venue phasing expertise, subsurface risk management, financial strength, safety record, and local workforce commitment.
