The anticipated total contract value does not exceed $1,995,576.00 across both fiscal years. Course development pricing varies based on course length (short 1-3 hours, medium 4-6 hours, or long 7-10 hours) and type (new online courses, new instructor-led courses, adapted courses, or revisions). The contractor must maintain system functionality and performance at a minimum 97% operational level and respond to Priority 1 and Priority 2 support incidents within 15-30 minutes with resolution within one business day. Financial penalties of 5% of the quarterly invoice apply for unaccepted deliverables.
