About this file

This file is an Excel template for proposing team roles and responsibilities for the Landing Gear Collaborative Supply Chain Integration II (LG-CSCI2) solicitation (SPRHA1-26-R-1003). The template requires contractors to identify all participating team members, including prime contractors and subcontractors, and designate their involvement across three technical evaluation subfactors: Engineering, Program Management, and Order Fulfillment. For each team member, proposers must provide the company name, business size classification (Large or Small), CAGE Code, and DUNS Number, then mark with an "X" the subfactors in which that organization will participate. The instructions specify that only contractors participating in particular subfactors will be evaluated for those subfactors. The template includes an example demonstrating the required format, with sample entries showing how to populate company names, mark participation across all three subfactors, and include supporting data such as business size and identifying codes. Proposers are instructed to save the completed file using their company name as the filename.
