Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) -- Source Selection Evaluation Board (SSEB)

-- Board reviews Offer Evaluation Tool (OET) Submittal
-- Cannot over-emphasize the need to ensure the OET is fully completed. Missing details might result in sections being rated unacceptable from the
SSEB.
