EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN

The Emergency Response Plan (ERP) must be kept with the Slug Discharge Plan and SPCC Plan at all times. It must be followed in the event of a 'worst case scenario release" that requires rapid/emergency response, such as, when human health & safety is at immediate risk, the release could potentially reach the bay if not contained immediately, or when the release of any known quantity has reached the bay.
