B.5 Contract Type

Resulting TOs will be firm-fixed price awards and competed amongst the multiple awardees to provide all required services for the different locations.

Maximum Contract Dollar Value: The total amount of all orders (task orders) placed against all IDIQ contracts resulting from this solicitation shall not exceed $250 million over a five (5) year contract period. This is maximum ceiling value and no more than $250 million will be obligated against all the Task Orders awarded.

Guaranteed Minimum: The guaranteed minimum order by the Government during the five-year period of $10,000.00 shall apply for multiple awards. A guaranteed minimum order is the minimum amount the Awardee can expect to receive in compensation under the IDIQ contract. If the Government would not place orders totaling at least $10,000.00 during the five-year period, the Awardee would be able to invoice the Government for the difference between the guaranteed minimum order value and the total value of the five-year period. Once the minimum guaranteed amount has been met, the Government is under no obligation to place orders for additional services under this contract.
