About this file

This is a Contractor Non-Disclosure Agreement template for contractor employees supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The agreement applies to employees of contractors providing services under RFP SP4705-25-R-000X (BCS/UCS DLA Lifecycle Management Services) and Task Order Solicitation SP4705-25-Q-XXXX (BCS/UCS Fort Belvoir, Virginia).

The agreement restricts contractor employees from seeking, using, or disclosing nonpublic information beyond what is necessary for contract performance. Nonpublic information covered includes Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) data, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), source selection information, proprietary information, advance procurement information, trade secrets, Privacy Act-protected information, and other sensitive data that would not be released under the Freedom of Information Act. Recipients must disclose their contractor status when accessing information, report any improper disclosures to the Contracting Officer's Representative, and return all nonpublic information upon contract termination. Violations of the agreement may result in administrative, civil, or criminal remedies. The agreement explicitly preserves whistleblower protections, employee rights regarding classified information, communications to Congress, and Inspector General reporting obligations as established by existing statute and Executive order.
