About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation SP450025R0009 regarding hazardous waste removal services in Belgium, Germany, and Netherlands. The document clarifies several CLINs in the price schedule, noting that CLINs 1012RE, 1027RE, and 1042RE should read "Monthly rental" rather than weekly. CLIN N70510 is being removed from the price schedule and Performance Work Statement.
Key updates include clarification that Waste Management Services (WMS) will be discontinued effective October 1, 2026, with task orders available for 1-6 month periods. The document also specifies that contractors will now be responsible for providing labels while the government will continue providing containers. A new EU Co2 Tax Surcharge CLIN 6330EU has been added to the price schedule. Invoicing will be in the same currency that contractors currently receive payment in for other USG contracts. The document confirms that supplemental armor CLINs are not currently necessary.
