Government Response
112
The revised Issue Centers schedules deleted AMXG buildings 50, 54, 59, 89, 125, and 20095 (all shifts) and 1st shift for building 20137. Please confirm this new AMXG Schedule representation is correct?
RFP Attachment J-1, update posted 26 Apr 19
PWS para 5.8.J. Page C-48 through C-49, Issue Center Schedules
Yes it is correct.
113
The revised Issue Centers schedules list MXSG Building 321 schedule for 1st shift twice (very near the top of the first page of the table and again as the second and third to last entries of the table). It appears these are duplicate requirements. Please clarify.
RFP Attachment J-1, update posted 26 Apr 19
PWS para 5.8.J. Page C-48 through C-49, Issue Center Schedules
The PWS is corrected to remove the duplicate shift
114
The “* Schedule for AMXG, Building 20137” immediately following the Issue Centers schedule table is confusing as it appears to contradict the schedule presented in the table by listing the same days of the week twice, e.g. Sun-Mon, Mon-Tue, etc. Please clarify the purpose of this information and how it changes or impacts the schedule for AMXG 3rd shift requirements presented in the table.
RFP Attachment J-1, update posted 26 Apr 19
PWS para 5.8.J. Page C-48 through C-49, Issue Center Schedules
The information is correct as it pertains to the 3rd shift.
115
In section 5.7 of the PWS, section H. states that the contractor shall “properly document” material for transfer with the: HW Labels, profiles sheets, HW Contractor required forms and current SDS. Will these forms/labels be provided by the government upon request or are these items the contractor can print themselves from EESOH-MIS? Will the contractor be responsible for any HW containerization, or is this all performed by the HW Service provider upon notification?
RFP Attachment J-1
PWS para 5.7.H., page C-47
Yes ESSOH-MIS provides the capability to generate required HW forms and labels. The Contractor may be required to containerize HW, if required.
