About this file
This document outlines requirements for a Project Management Information System (PMIS) to be used on a construction project awarded under solicitation number 47PL0123R0014 by the General Services Administration Public Buildings Service Region 10. The selected contractor must effectively manage and use the GSA's web-based PMIS, which is currently Kahua Project Management Software, to upload, store, and share all project documentation and submittals. This includes using the PMIS for submitting and receiving approval of deliverables, and continuously monitoring the system through project closeout. The contractor must also require any subcontractors and vendors to use the PMIS. Training will be provided by GSA on using the PMIS, but contractors are responsible for any equipment needed for access via the web-based system. An HSPD-12 security clearance is initially required for full access to the PMIS, with limited interim access available. GSA will retain ownership of all PMIS data and provide administration and support for the system throughout the project duration.

R10 Statement of Work (SOW) - Project Management Information System (PMIS)
1.1 PURPOSE
A. Project Management Information System (PMIS)
The Contractor is required to use GSA’s web-based electronic Project Management Information System (PMIS). PMIS is a web-based project management tool which provides GSA with an automated workflow, collaboration, document management and project management solution to assist GSA in the management of design and construction projects.
GSA uses PMIS throughout the design and construction phases as a repository for all project information and as a tool to manage and monitor progress and modifications. Unless as otherwise provided, the Contractor will rely exclusively on PMIS to post, review, access, comment on, collaborate, or otherwise submit all project information.
The current PMIS system in use by GSA is Kahua Project Management Software.
