About this file

This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) document for the P-8A Poseidon Training Systems Tech Refresh Operational Flight Trainer (OFT) Projection System Upgrade program. The CDRL specifies 28 data deliverables organized across five exhibits (A through E) that the contractor must provide to the Department of Defense and U.S. Navy (PMA-290, Naval Air Systems Command). Deliverables include Acceptance Test Procedures, Software Product Packages, Product Engineering Design Data and Associated Lists (PEDDAL), Requirements Traceability Verification Matrices, Acceptance Test/Inspection Reports, Authority to Operate packages, Engineering Change Proposals, conference and review presentation materials, progress reports, and technical documentation updates including Systems Interface Manuals, Planned Maintenance System updates, Training System Support Documents, and Commercial Off-the-Shelf manuals. The document identifies separate deliverables for both U.S. Navy (USN) and Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) training devices, with some RAAF-specific items requiring export approval considerations and software export worksheets. Government review periods range from 5 to 30 working days depending on deliverable type, with contractor revision submission deadlines of 5 to 20 working days following government comments. All deliverables are classified as Controlled Unclassified Information marked as Distribution Statement D (restricted to DoD and U.S. DoD contractors only) and must be submitted via the AMS CDRL Tool or contractor's Integrated Development Environment repository. The document contains digital signature pages indicating approval by the P-8A Training Systems Program Manager (Valerio Sanchez) and preparation by multiple technical leads in areas including test engineering, systems engineering, software development, logistics, and facility management.
