Industry Day:
NAWCTSD is hosting an in-person Industry Day for all interested vendors. Attending individu-als must complete and submit Attachment 1, Conference Attendance Sheet. More details be-low. Industry Day will take place on Tuesday, 28 April 2026 at the following location/address:
Naval Air Station Jacksonville P-8A Integrated Training Center (ITC)
NAS JACKSONVILLE
BLDG 512 YORKTOWN AVENUE
JACKSONVILLE FL 32212
The purpose of the Industry Day is for the Government to provide interested vendors with an overview of the draft solicitation package inclusive of Sections L & M and the Statement of Work (SOW). All interested vendors are encouraged to attend.
NAWCTSD intends to conduct Industry Day for this action as an open forum. One-on-one sessions will not be conducted. The purpose of open forums is to allow all interested vendors equal oppor-tunity to openly communicate with the Government by providing comments and inputs during the development of the technical documentation package.
No recording devices are allowed in the classified ITC facility which include cell phones, smart watches, other smart devices, laptops, etc. and will need to be left in your vehicle. There are lockers in the lobby of the ITC, however, they are very limited and only hold small items such as cell phones and watches, but not laptops. We highly recommend leaving all items in your vehicles in order to avoid having to walk back to your vehicle. Items required to bring into the ITC will be official forms of ID, writing utensils and something to take notes.
