About this file

This document is a Sequencing Plan for repairing electrical panels and circuits at the Eielson Air Force Base Central Heating & Power Plant (CH & PP), specifically Phase C of the project. The plan provides detailed instructions for the 354th CE Squadron, with a focus on the precise order and constraints for working on various electrical panels, including Panel N, T111, LP-4, Panel D, T109, P, T110, and Main LP.

Key sequencing requirements include: the contractor must first complete work on Panel N, T111, and LP-4; the government will provide temporary power and re-establish certain circuits; specific panels have limited daily downtime (e.g., Panel E - 4 hours, Panel CH - 12 hours); work must be performed only during summer (15 May through 15 September); and the Main LP panel must be the last panel worked on, with the contractor required to install a temporary panel and power source for the cutover. Additional panel-specific notes require government notification two weeks in advance for certain panels, such as Panel G and Panel H (Boiler #5).
