Gasoline pricing applies to orders of 0 to 4,000 gallons (pump-up), full loads (pump-up), and full loads (gravity feed), while renewable diesel pricing applies to orders of 0 to 7,000 gallons (pump-up). All prices must be F.O.B. destination, exclude taxes, and include all delivery charges and fuel surcharges. Vendors may quote different pricing per site and should submit separate bid forms for each location. Bidders may specify additional charges for split loads, emergency delivery, and after-hours delivery. The County will pay only for actual acceptable material received at the quoted unit prices, with listed quantities considered estimates for bid comparison purposes only.
