About this file

This document is a Buy American Certificate (52.225-2, October 2022 version) that requires offerors to certify the origin and domestic content of end products for a federal contract. The certificate mandates that offerors list foreign end products manufactured in the United States that do not qualify as domestic end products, indicating whether these products exceed 55% domestic content. Offerors must also separately list domestic end products containing critical components, with the government evaluating offers according to Federal Acquisition Regulation part 25 policies and procedures. The form provides tables for listing line item numbers, countries of origin, and domestic content percentages for foreign and domestic end products.
