About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for the procurement of a Medivator Advantage Plus Automated Endoscope Reprocessor (AER). The VA is seeking information from potential vendors, including whether they are the manufacturer or an authorized distributor, as well as their company size status, pricing, and availability of the required items on existing federal contracts. The RFI lists the specific AER model and accessories required, along with detailed delivery and technical requirements. Responses are due by May 24, 2024, and the Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The RFI notes that the acquisition may be set aside for small businesses, and vendors must be registered in SAM and have the required manufacturer authorizations to be considered for award.
