About this file
This is an addendum memo correcting drawing text for solicitation 36C25225B0005_1, which involves renovating 12,590 square feet of CLC Building 134-2C at Captain James A Lovell Federal Health Care Center. The project requires connecting the current roof HVAC system to new space on the 2nd floor.
The addendum specifically modifies the Specialty Equipment Schedule in drawing sheet QH101, clarifying VA versus contractor responsibilities for various items. Key changes include: VA will supply while contractor will install paper towel dispensers, sanitary napkin dispensers, toilet tissue dispensers, range equipment, televisions, ice dispensers, and lift systems. The contractor remains responsible for all installation work, electrical, structural support, and testing. The document also specifies exact models for contracted dispensers, including Georgia Pacific paper towel dispensers (ENMOTION 59460A), SC Johnson soap dispensers (Proline Manual HLC 155404), Purell hand sanitizer dispensers (CS8 7720-01), and other bathroom fixtures. All bid deduct alternates referenced in cost estimates and specifications are to be disregarded.
