About this file
This document contains questions and answers related to a state contract opportunity for "Operations, Maintenance, Support, & Enhancement for ARCSIS" from the state of Arkansas. The response packet requires prospective contractors to provide resumes for proposed staff, a narrative describing relevant experience, and a skills matrix summarizing experience - with the narrative and skills matrix not to exceed 20 pages. Contractors may specify experience with specific tools used by the state, as long as the tools are not proprietary products owned by the contractor. Subcontractor experience will be considered in the evaluation, but all resources must be assigned to the contract and onsite for at least the first year. The deadline to respond to the RFP will not be extended, despite requests for an extension due to the short turnaround time. The total cost from Table 1 on Tab 1 of the Official Bid Price Sheet will be the evaluated price, including transition-in phase costs.

How do we provide resumes for the Experience section as described in Paragraph 2 and not violate the instructions provided in Paragraph 4 to not include details?

Prospective Contractors may include a resume for each proposed staff member. Please see the response to question #1.

Are we allowed to specify our experience using the specific tools that we know the State uses when we are listing our experience such as

Prospective Contractors may specify experience with specific tools provided that those tools are not proprietary products owned by the Prospective Contractor.
