Checks are printed on secure printers in the State Disbursement Unit.
d. Reports

e. Helpdesk Tickets/Production Support Tickets
Annually, the helpdesk receives an average of 8,500 work items handled by helpdesk staff.
The helpdesk initiates the workflow for these work items, assigns to respective support team, and monitors and updates the work item progress. Another 16,700 production support tickets are assigned to State staff. The helpdesk has limited involvement in opening the request, but may need to reassign, monitor and update the work item progress on an as needed basis.
