About this file
This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support under a Task Order contract. The primary objectives are to provide organizational-level maintenance for the MQ-9 Reaper RPA weapon system and sustain combat and training capabilities at the tasked location of Creech AFB, NV. The PWS outlines unique task requirements such as 24/7 aircraft and ground control station support, generating 4-5 sorties per day, and supporting combat training. It also specifies security clearance and access badge requirements. The PWS references a related draft RFI/Synopsis/Draft RFP for a follow-on RPA O&M services contract with a 5-year ordering period and an estimated award date of 1 April 2025. The RFI is seeking industry input on providing agile, responsive RPA support solutions.
