About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI)/Synopsis/Draft RFP Review for Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services. The Air Combat Command Acquisition Management and Integration Center (ACC AMIC) is developing an acquisition strategy for this requirement, with a planned 5-year ordering period and an estimated award date of April 2025. The applicable NAICS code is 488190, with a small business size standard of $35 million. The government is seeking information from both large and small businesses on their capabilities, capacity, and experience to perform the required tasks, as well as feedback on the draft RFP to enable innovative, responsive, and cost-effective solutions. Responses are due by May 10, 2024, and should be submitted electronically. The government will use the information gathered to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy, which may include a small business set-aside.
The attached document, Appendix I, outlines the minimum required training, certifications, and qualifications for key positions such as Communications/Electronics Technician, Munitions Lead, Munitions/Weapons Technician, and Munitions Inspector. This information is intended to be part of the Performance Work Statement for the forthcoming RPA O&M contract.
