About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a task order under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support. The PWS outlines the scope of the task order, which is to provide qualified O-level maintenance for RPA systems in accordance with the overarching IDIQ PWS. The period of performance is a 12-month base year from July 2025 to June 2026, with four 12-month option years. The PWS does not include any unique task, security, travel, or personnel requirements. It provides points of contact for the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Maintenance Subject Matter Expert, Contracting Officer, and Contracting Officer Representative.

The related federal contract opportunity is a Request for Information (RFI)/Synopsis/Draft RFP Review for the upcoming RPA O&M recompete. This is market research to identify potential prime and small business contractors capable of providing non-personal RPA O&M services. The anticipated period of performance is a five-year ordering period with an estimated award date of April 2025. The applicable NAICS code is 488190 with a $35 million small business size standard. The government is requesting industry input on how to enable responsive and agile combat support, as well as capabilities packages outlining the respondents' qualifications. Responses are due by May 10, 2024. This is not a solicitation, and the government will not provide any compensation for responses.
