About this file
This is a Right of Entry agreement document executed by the City of Carmel, Indiana, granting property access to perform construction work related to a 6" Water Main project extending from Gray Road to Hazel Dell. The agreement authorizes the Grantee (City of Carmel) and its employees, agents, and contractors to enter upon specified premises to perform work outlined in the attached Exhibit A3, with the full scope of work and property descriptions detailed in Exhibits A1 and A2. The Right of Entry terminates upon completion of the Improvements and restoration of the affected property portions.

The City assumes responsibility for any property damage caused by its personnel and is required to restore the Premises to a condition equal to or better than its pre-entry status, with normal and reasonable construction disturbance being the only acceptable impact. The document requires the Grantor's signature and contains standard binding language for execution as of a specified date in 2016.
