About this file

This document is an Attachment G (Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan) for an Oregon state procurement opportunity (RFP S-10000-00014646) for Extended Case Management for Asylum Seekers, covering the period 2025-2027. The procurement seeks to establish a contract for case management services, with a focus on promoting participation of certified disadvantaged businesses in the contracting process.

The document outlines a comprehensive approach for engaging Certified Firms, which are small businesses certified under ORS 200.055 by the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID). These certifications include minority-owned businesses, woman-owned businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned businesses, and emerging small businesses. The plan requires proposers to demonstrate their commitment to providing equal opportunities for these certified firms, including documenting past relationships with certified and potentially disadvantaged businesses, identifying potential subcontracting opportunities, and being willing to report subcontractor details to COBID if awarded the contract.
