About this file

This document is a Notice of Intent to Award Cooperative Contract from the Beaverton School District (located in Beaverton, Oregon) announcing the district's intention to utilize permissive cooperative contracting for the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for Beaverton High School. The district has established an approximate contract value of $2,800,000.00 for this procurement. The cooperative contracts being utilized include multiple regional and national cooperative purchasing agreements: Region 4 Education Service Center (ESC) Cooperative Contracts #R240113, #07-86, #24-22, #240114, and #2019.001899; E & I Cooperative Services Contracts EI 00239 and EI 00237; The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) Contracts #210305 and #230301; and KCDA 25-130. The selected vendor is Hyphn-Omnia Partners. The public comment period extends seven calendar days from the notice date of August 14, 2025, with comments to be submitted to contracts@beaverton.k12.or.us.

The cooperative contracting approach allows the Beaverton School District to leverage existing regional and national purchasing agreements, eliminating the need for a separate competitive bidding process. This method provides cost efficiency and expedited procurement timelines. The district's notice specifies no additional pricing, set-aside, incumbent, or funding source information beyond the stated approximate contract value of $2,800,000.00. The Beaverton School District's Business Services Procurement and Contracting department, directed by Contract Specialist Elizabeth Smith, is managing this procurement action.
