The Subcontractor shall provide cleaning services for three Feynman Computing Center (FCC) buildings totaling 15,041 square feet, the Grid Computing Center (GCC) comprising 14,963 square feet above-floor and 9,203 square feet below-floor, and Wilson Hall Room 805 (Fiber Central) comprising 779 square feet, for a total scope of 40,986 square feet. Services include semi-annual above-floor cleaning (spring and autumn), annual below-raised-floor underfloor plenum cleaning, and equipment and environmental surface cleaning. The Subcontractor must furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, cleaning materials, and supplies necessary to perform the work using HEPA-filtered equipment suitable for mission-critical computing environments.

All work must be coordinated with Data Center Operations (DCO) and performed without interrupting normal data center operations or adversely affecting computing equipment. Specific requirements include HEPA vacuuming of raised floor surfaces, removal of loose debris and contaminants from underfloor plenums, cleaning of floor stringers and pedestal heads, damp mopping of floor surfaces using moisture-minimizing methods, and cleaning of IT rack enclosures, support equipment, and accessible infrastructure surfaces. Critical restrictions prohibit opening more than two contiguous floor tiles or six tiles per room simultaneously, moving hardware devices to access inaccessible tiles, opening cabinet doors, and independently disabling safety systems. The Subcontractor must complete scheduled cleaning activities within five consecutive business days, Monday through Friday, during preferred hours of 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M., with service dates mutually agreed upon at least three weeks in advance. All personnel must comply with Fermilab site access, security, badging, and escort requirements and complete applicable safety and data center-specific training required by DCO prior to performing work.
